S.D.W Light Fabrications is an I.S.O 9000:2000 Certified Company, comprising husband and wife team Steve and Paula Whitehead who offer a comprehensive fabrication package to the Motorsport Industry. Established in Oxfordshire for over a decade and now relocated in North Wales we draw on experience from Formula 1, World Rally, Touring Car and GT’s to produce quality fabricated components in a full range of materials.
Our Transfluid - Mandrel pipe bending machine with a capacity to bend from 19mm (¾") to 76mm (3") diameter including square sections enables us to fabricate exhaust systems, manifolds, roll cages, water systems and all your pipe bending requirements, however large or small – batch size is not an issue, one offs and prototypes welcome.
With our in-house Co-ordinates Measuring Machine, combined with a modest hourly rate, you can be assured your components will be constructed to the highest quality and within budget.
Our experience, aptitude and ISO Registration assures a high quality of workmanship.
